These Terms were drafted for the Bookstuh platform and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before reliance. Nothing here constitutes legal advice or an attorney-approved document.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a product, subscribing to STUH+, or otherwise accessing or using Bookstuh or STUH Ebooks ("the Service"), you affirmatively agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Digital Product License

Purchased guides, installs, and all digital content are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use through the Service. Bookstuh grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased content through your account.

Bookstuh's original content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation: written analysis, coaching notes, graphics, artwork, diagrams, play-art illustrations, video content, interactive presentations, software and code, compilations, branding, and other original works of authorship created by Bookstuh.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or derivative-republish any content from the Service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the interactive reader or any software component.

Bookstuh does not claim ownership of general football concepts, formations, strategies, or terminology that exist independently of Bookstuh's original expression. The license covers Bookstuh's original expression and presentation, not the underlying football concepts themselves.

3. Account Use

Accounts are for a single user unless Bookstuh explicitly states otherwise in writing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Sharing your login credentials with other individuals is prohibited. If Bookstuh suspects account sharing, unauthorized access, or abuse of the Service, Bookstuh may: suspend or restrict account access, investigate the suspected activity, request verification of identity or ownership, and in the case of confirmed violations, terminate the account. Bookstuh will not automatically permanently terminate an account based solely on an automated flag without a reasonable opportunity for the user to respond, except where required for security or legal compliance.

4. STUH+ Subscription

STUH+ is a recurring subscription service offered in monthly and/or annual billing intervals. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through Stripe, our payment processor, until you cancel.

Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) using the payment method on file.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not remove separately purchased lifetime Ebook access.

After cancellation/expiration: When your paid period ends, STUH+ Workspace access is locked. Bookstuh retains your Workspace data (Schemes, saved plays, notes, history) for a retention period (currently 12 months) in case you resubscribe. After the retention period, data may be deleted.

Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, a grace period may apply during which access continues while Stripe retries the payment. If payment cannot be completed, access will be locked. You will be notified by email when action is needed.

Subscription cancellation does not remove separately purchased Ebook ownership. Guides you purchased individually remain accessible regardless of your STUH+ subscription status.

5. Installs

Installs are additional content modules within the STUH+ ecosystem. Access to an Install depends on its configured access rule:

Parent Ebook required: You must own or be entitled to the linked parent Ebook. An active STUH+ membership alone does not bypass this requirement.
STUH+ membership: An active STUH+ subscription unlocks the Install; no separate purchase is required.
Free: The Install is freely accessible under the Service's free-content rules.
A direct purchase or manual grant of an Install may also grant lifetime access.

Visibility of a locked Install (seeing it listed in the Service) does not itself grant ownership or access. You must complete the required purchase, subscription, or entitlement to access locked Install content.

6. User-Created Data

When using STUH+ or other features, you may create and store data within the Service, including: Schemes, Scheme relationships and branch configurations, personal notes, Play Vault saves, Mastery/progress records, GameTime session history, and other workspace data.

You retain ownership of the organization and structure you create (e.g., how you connect plays in a Scheme). However, creating user-organized data does not transfer ownership of Bookstuh's underlying protected content (the plays, analysis, artwork, and other original content that the organization references). Your license to use that underlying content remains governed by these Terms and the applicable product license.

Bookstuh may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the Service. Bookstuh will not sell your personal information.

7. Service Changes

Bookstuh may improve, modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. Where changes affect already-purchased access, Bookstuh will honor the applicable license consistent with these Terms and applicable law. Bookstuh is not liable for the unavailability of specific features that are modified or retired, provided that purchased content access is maintained.

8. Age Requirement

The Service is not intended for children under 13. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parent or guardian authorization for any purchases, including STUH+ subscriptions.

9. Affiliate Links

Some links on this site may be affiliate links. Bookstuh may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. All recommended products are personally vetted by our team.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bookstuh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Bookstuh's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Bookstuh in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Independent Platform Disclaimer

Bookstuh / STUH Ebooks is an independent football strategy and educational platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Electronic Arts Inc., EA SPORTS, the NFL, NCAA, or any professional or collegiate league, conference, university, team, or other rights holder. All third-party game names, team names, logos, marks, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. References to such names, marks, and products are for descriptive and educational purposes only.
