License Agreement

Grant of License
Upon purchase, Bookstuh / STUH Ebooks grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased digital content through the Service. This license is tied to your individual account and may not be transferred to another person.
Permitted Use
You may access the content through your account for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may view, study, and interact with the content within the Service. You may take personal notes, create Schemes, save plays to your Play Vault, and use GameTime within the bounds of your license.
Restrictions
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or publicly display any content from the Service; reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of the content; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the interactive reader or any software component; share your account credentials with others; or use the Service for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Bookstuh.
Intellectual Property
All original content — including written analysis, coaching notes, graphics, artwork, diagrams, play-art illustrations, video content, interactive presentations, software, compilations, and branding — is the intellectual property of Bookstuh and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Bookstuh does not claim ownership of general football concepts, formations, strategies, or terminology that exist independently of Bookstuh's original expression.
Termination
This license may be terminated if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, your access to the purchased content will be revoked. For STUH+ subscriptions, see the Terms of Service for cancellation and retention behavior.
Independent Platform
Bookstuh / STUH Ebooks is an independent football strategy and educational platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Electronic Arts Inc., EA SPORTS, the NFL, NCAA, or any professional or collegiate league, conference, university, team, or other rights holder.
